  1. The decisions made by the judges’ are final and not up for negotiation/appeal.
  2. A vendor may apply for as many relevant categories as they see fit. Ineligble entries will be removed from consideration without notice.
  3. Winners will have the right to place the award badge on their marketing material/website for the subsequent 12 months only at no cost.
  4. Winners will not be notified before the Facebook livestream event.
  5. Prizes/trophies will be issued by a Hitchbird representative within 30 days of the awards ceremony. If the award contains marketing material, the contents may be delivered at a time designated by Hitchbird.
  6. Entries received after the deadline (after Tuesday 30th July) will not be considered. Entries shall be accepted only between 1st June and 30th July.
